Full Term and Short-Term Courses
The course is conducted in small groups, mostly two – three students in a batch, with the motto that each student gets personal attention while learning every element of the course along with resolving any difficulties experienced in understanding the concepts.
The study of the full course covers a detailed theoretical study from all the chapters from the textbook. In addition, several power point presentations are included with special topics such as Right brain, Left Brain and how to utilize the thoughts while using both sides of the brain.
Practical exercises include
Meditation: For channelizing the energy of the body and the mind with breathing exercises, visualizations, imaginations, Tratak exercises and Pranayam. Introspection: Brainstorming questions about self have to be answered, exercises are given to explore self relating to the past and present situation and imagination of the future state.
Duration of the course
Self Knowledge Now provides twenty days for complete theory classes which includes homework, classwork, and exercises. Thereafter, a written examination is given to evaluate whether the student has grasped the exact meaning and purpose of the course. In addition to it, the student is provided with a complete practical training for 10 days.
A thorough examination is conducted based on visualization and imagination which includes color, clay therapy, and writing assessment. The evaluation is done regularly, with the classwork, homework, and practicals.
Practical Training in Counseling
Course completion Certificates
A certificate is given once you clear the written examination and practical training in counseling.
It is the process that transforms one’s thoughts, releases negative thoughts, and turns them into positive results which brings out inner qualities.
It is a study to examine one’s physical and mental state, conduct, motives, thoughts and feelings.

Color is the soul of nature and the entire cosmos”(Rudolf Steiner). Color therapy is about using different colors to energize the weak chakras of the body,to calm the mind according to the circumstances, and understanding the connection between colors and the personality of humans.
Clay is capable of absorbing the feelings and expressing with the moulding of different shapes, especially when one is not clear with thoughts, tucked at a point, and unable to work with difficulties.
When a person is unable to express with words the difficulties as fear, phobia, feeling of rejection, acceptance of the loss of someone, being unsure, about the plan, therapy with animals can help relieve the mental rigidity.

This therapy is about acceptance of the fruits of our deeds for the success of our present and future life.

Once you have completed the certificate course with required training, a reference letter from the Centre will be provided to you mentioning that you have been qualified in that particular course. After the training, you can continue to work with the Centre as an intern for the upcoming projects based on the module you have specialized for. You will also be connected to different NGOs and institutions for the purpose of employment.
Guidance And Set-up Plan
The centre will give assistances to Self Knowledge Now certified candidates to start their own counseling centre with a set-up plan and the required database with materials. Assistance for setting up a counseling centre is also provided to any other Certified Counselor, Psychologist or Psychotherapist with terms and conditions. Adequate suggestions and guidance will be offered for counseling clients with difficult cases from any other organization.
